Welcome to The Stripes Ranthambore. By making a booking or staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our guests visiting near Ranthambore National Park.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment or full payment, as communicated during reservation.

• Guests are required to provide accurate personal details at the time of booking.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM

• Standard check-out time: 10:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Policy

• We accept payments via online transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.

• Full or partial payment may be required in advance to secure your booking.

• Any balance amount must be cleared at the time of check-in.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking plan.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time frame.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

• Safari bookings (if arranged) follow separate government rules and are usually non-refundable.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests, staff, and property.

• Any damage to property caused by guests will be chargeable.

• Illegal activities, loud disturbances, or inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited.

6. Safety & Security

• While we take all reasonable precautions, guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

• Please ensure rooms are locked when leaving.

• The management is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

7. Wildlife & Environment Guidelines

• Being close to Ranthambore National Park, guests are requested to respect nature and wildlife.

• Do not litter or disturb the natural surroundings.

• Follow all rules and guidelines during safari visits.

8. Food & Services

• Meals are prepared with care; however, guests should inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies.

• Room service and other amenities are available as per property guidelines.

9. Force Majeure

• The Stripes Ranthambore is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by natural events, government restrictions, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

10. Amendments

• Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will apply to all new bookings.
